SUSHMA PATEL shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. We do not offer exchanges on orders shipped internationally. However, if there is a genuine quality defect on a custom order (not from the sale section), then at our sole discretion, sold goods may be exchanged for a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.
Inform us of the Defect/Damage within 7 working days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Order number
- Full name
- Contact number
- Attached images of the defects/damage on the product
Only ship your product once you receive a confirmation email stating "Return Accepted" from our Customer Care Team. You CANmay dispatch the product back to our address mentioned on your invoice within 7 working days of the receipt of the product and share the courier service details and tracking number with us. We are not responsible for any damages caused to the product during transit from your end.
Our Exchange/Return policy is subject to the following:
- Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Item must be returned in original packaging.
- Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
- All custom made orders are non-returnable/exchangeable.
- We do not accept returns if a product has been shipped after 7 days of delivery.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting.
We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchange requests if the product doesn’t match the approval policies.
- If the qualities check team does not approve the product, the product will be returned back to customer within 5 days of the product being received.
- If your return is approved, the refund will only be in the form of store credits.
- If the exchange is approved, you will be notified so you can select a new product for purchase.
- Store credit only pertains to the amount of the purchase and not the shipping cost.
- Store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If it is found that the claimed shipment was not delivered to us or the shipment was empty, the onus shall be on the customer to provide the proof of delivery to us to establish his claim of return.
Do note that this Store Credit issued to you can be used to purchase another product of the same or higher value only. The store credit will be valid for upto six months from the date of issue. To thank you for your patience and trust, the new product will be shipped back to you free of any shipping cost!
